Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AtoZ Science website and platform (the "Service"), operated by AtoZ Science Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent before using the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

AtoZ Science offers the following subscription plans:

• Standard — £9.99 per month. Access to the core lesson library, practice quizzes, progress tracking, and mobile access.
• Premium — £29.99 per month. Everything in Standard plus full library access (all subjects and levels), downloadable revision notes, offline access, ad-free experience, and progress certificates.
• Schools — Custom pricing. Everything in Premium plus teacher dashboard, student management, bulk accounts, curriculum-aligned lesson plans, and a dedicated account manager. Contact us for a quote.

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

We offer a 7-day free trial on all paid plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged and your access will end at the conclusion of the trial period.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any lesson content, revision notes, quizzes, or other materials from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access, collect, or download content from the Service.

All content on the Service — including but not limited to lessons, videos, quizzes, revision notes, illustrations, and software — is the intellectual property of AtoZ Science Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtoZ Science Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
